EXIUSS Code Ep. 1: The F5 Framework and the Founder Dependency Problem

This used to be an Exus Code, but but now it's Excess Code, and I'm going to tell it tell you why we need to pivot the name. But for now, I'd like to welcome you. This is Excess Code. This is where the founder becomes the sovereign builder because you target not to be a sovereign builder. Now let me define the word that actually holds everything together. K. The code. The code is the sequence. This is based on the f five framework. F one is paid. F two is fuel. F three is flow. F four is finance. F five is freedom. You crack it in order, you will walk out sovereign. You will have freedom. So these we will we will dwell on these f five framework as we go through the coming days of this broadcast. But for now, this is the architecture. This is our journey. This is what we're journeying together every single day. Now let me let me answer a question I know some of you are asking. K. The question is, why am I doing this everyday? Why am I putting myself through this transformation journey, and why am I asking you or inviting you to come along with me? You know, for years for years, let me share this with you. I thought transformation is about building a business. You build a funnel. You build a team. You build a system. You you build revenue. You build technology. I thought that's transformation. You know, what I've come to realize, it's something profound. You can build an organization or a team, you have to build the person who is building it. Let me say that again. Build the organization. Before you are able to build a team, an organization, you have to build the person building it. If you're the one building it. Why? Because that's where the journey is. You cannot give what you don't have, and that's where this journey began for me. Now when I wrote, break the code, the book, by the way, it's available at Amazon. But when I wrote break the code, you know, I was really trying to answer one question. Question founders or leaders, they become trapped inside their business, inside the business that they worked so hard to build. Trapped business You know, you build a business and then eventually or or an organization or a team community, then you would realize, I'm trapped. And the answer that kept coming back to me is founder dependency. Woah. Founder dependency. The business, the the team is very much dependent on you, the founder, the leader. You get that? We become the decision maker. We become the problem solver. We become the approval system. We become the knowledge base. We become the the the operating system. We become the cage. We become the cage. We are victims of our own cages, not because we're bad founders, but because the organization has been built around us. And this is the this is the important part. I'm I'm not I'm not sharing this to you, telling this to you, and then telling you that I figured everything out. No. I'm on this journey myself. That's why I built this platform, Exjust platform. It used to be Nexus, and now it's Exjust. And I'm going to share it with you, in the days to come. That's actual actually why I'm committing to doing this every day. Every day, every single day, because I wanted to share with you the journey, not the destination. It is said that the journey is in the destination, but that's fallacy. That's wrong. That's false because the journey is the journey. The destination is the destination. There will be no journey if you don't have a destination. But, of course, you're learning from the journey itself and the destination. We will talk about also that, the the hero's two journeys. You know, I'm going to talk about what I'm learning. The journey and the destination are two different things. So here in this broadcast, I'm going to share with you about what I've been learning so far, about what I am confronting, about what I'm changing, what I am building, and, yes, sometimes what I'm struggling with also. Because I don't believe founder transformation or transformation per se should be something that we teach when we arrived. It should be something that we we live, and then we share those those those lived out experiences, those wisdom, those those learnings along the way. Right? For me, transformation starts with five things and five things only. I call it f five. F five? And f That's why f five. F one is faith, f two is fuel. F three is flow. F four is finance. F five is freedom. And it's all stacked one on top of the other. It's it's a ladder actually. You cannot achieve real freedom if you don't establish your faith first. And faith not talks about your your your religion. It not only talks about your religion or your belief. It's the it it it describes or it encapsulates what you believe in and how you your your your own belief, your belief in yourself, your identity. We will tackle that more in the coming days. So those are the the the the f five framework. Faith, fuel, flow, finance, freedom. And these are not just five things I'm checking in every day. These are five areas that I'm continually building on every single day. That's why I built Exos with the sovereign protocol f five.
